Lintec's Adhesive Coating Technologies
Generally, the release paper/film is unwound and the adhesive is coated at a high precision and consistent thickness using our proprietary technology.
After passing through the dryer, the film or paper is laminated over the adhesive layer, and the labelstock is wound into a master-roll.
Slitting and Shipping According to the Customer's Specifications
After coating the adhesive and winding into a master roll, the labelstock is slit into smaller rolls or sheets (according to the customer's specifications), and then shipped.
