Promote recycling of plastic containers
This labelstock cleanly washes off of the used plastic containers during the washing process after collection. The film material (PP) allows labels to float on the surface of water after washing for efficient collection and removal.
When in use, this type does not peel off easily even when wet, and it cleanly washes off of the container in the washing process with hot alkaline water after collection, thereby promoting container recycling.
The facestock is polypropylene (PP)-based synthetic paper, which is resistant to tearing even in cleaning solutions, and the PP floats on the surface of the water while the container (PET) sinks. This takes advantage of the specific gravity separation characteristics for more efficient label recovery and removal.
We use adhesives composed of raw materials listed on the Positive List (PL) of the Food Sanitation Act.
With its removability, it can even be peeled off by hand.
Please make a preliminary evaluation based on the intended use.

Evaluation: O No glue residue when peeling off
Test method: The label was applied to the adherend, and after being accelerated in various environments, the adhesive residue was visually evaluated when peeled off by hand.
The above are actual measurements, and are not a guarantee of product quality. Please test in advance, because the shape of the adherend and the environment and conditions of use may affect adhesion and removability.
